About Me
Mayli Mountford is a London-based multidisciplinary creative with a background in graphic design and a growing practice in ceramics, drawing and material exploration. Having grown up in Hong Kong before moving to the UK, living between two cultures has shaped her perspective, fostering a deep curiosity, adaptability and appreciation for different ways of seeing and making.
Over the past six years, Mayli has worked across branding, marketing and environmental graphics, creating work for global brands, live events and purpose-led organisations. She enjoys translating ideas into thoughtful visual communication, combining strategic thinking with a strong attention to craft and detail.
Alongside her professional work, Mayli is developing a personal creative practice that explores ceramics, observational drawing, printmaking and floristry. Inspired by nature, texture and handmade processes, she is interested in how ideas can evolve across different materials and disciplines, celebrating the relationship between digital design and making by hand.
Driven by curiosity and a love of learning, Mayli is continually exploring new creative processes and techniques. Whether developing a brand identity, sketching from observation or working with clay, she believes the most meaningful work begins with careful observation, experimentation and a genuine appreciation for craft.
