Copper Dev Recruitment Campaign

Speaking the language of developers for a short but inspirational recruitment campaign.

Conceptualised and executed within three weeks by a limited in-house team launched across London.

Brief

For Copper to accomplish its ambitious vision for finance it needs exceptional talent. With developers in short supply Copper required a specific campaign that delivered an inspirational message that compelled talent to apply.

Solution

To attract a specific group of people in incredibly high demand, Copper needed a recruitment campaign that precisely targeted developers. Insight into coding language allowed us to create a tailored and niche campaign that would only be understood by the target audience. A narrative was created using coding terminology, and designed to graphically mirror programming interfaces.

 

The campaign was strategically broadcasted in Old street, Kings cross, and Shoreditch; resulting in successfully drawing new talent to join Copper.

To further enhance the visual language and resonate with the target audience, Copper’s platform was modelled in 3D. This was paired with a technical light streak motif and embellished with a modest use of animation.
